Welcome to Floik. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Floik provides an AI-powered platform for creating interactive product demos, tutorials, and step-by-step guides. The service is a digital SaaS product delivered over the internet.
Floik uses third-party AI model providers including OpenAI and Anthropic for features such as automatic captions, annotations, voiceover generation, and content analysis. The performance and availability of our service depend on these providers.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
All payments are processed securely through Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We offer:
By making a purchase, you authorize Floik to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and will continue until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@floik.com before disputing with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed errors within 5 business days.
Your content: You retain ownership of content you create using the service. By submitting content, you grant Floik a limited license to process and deliver it.
AI-generated content: AI outputs generated from your inputs belong to you for lawful uses. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe third-party rights.
Platform content: Floik and its logos are our trademarks. Do not use them without permission.
Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits generating harmful, illegal, or infringing content. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
Floik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Floik shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Account data is retained for 90 days after deletion, then securely removed.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be addressed through support. If unresolved, they may be subject to binding arbitration or jurisdiction of competent courts.
